Green Gardens is an Assisted Living Memory Care community nestled in the small town of Sullivan, IL. We offer spacious private rooms with a small kitchenette and private bathroom that we encourage the resident and families to decorate creating their own warm area. After visiting our dining room and enjoying a home cooked meal, we invite our residents to nestle down on the couch in the living room area to either watch TV or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. Our highly trained staff is here 24 hours a day to give our residents all the love, care and attention they deserve. We offer many activities such as cooking and gardening clubs, music therapy, board games, puzzles and arts and crafts.
