Compassionate Journey Assisted Living

Compassionate Journey is a licensed as a Level 1 assisted living facility. We serve Southwest Wyoming, and most specifically Evanston. We have 14 rooms, and are licensed for 16 people. We offer basic services - assistance with daily living activities, preparation of food, laundry services, and housekeeping. We also assist with arranging transportation for our residents. We accept the Medicaid Community Choices Waiver program for residents qualifying for assistance. We would love to meet you and share information regarding our services.
