We provide comprehensive clinical care to clients with chronic disease as well as end-of-life care. All care is client-centered and focused around choice and individualized treatment plans. We strive to meet each client’s goals of care. We provide a wide array of recreational activities for our clients: games, arts & crafts, music, movies, exercise classes, and trips. We strive to ensure that we provide activities appropriate for every level of physical and cognitive ability. We provide nutritional meals under the supervision of a licensed dietician. We consider clients choices and preferences by providing options for meals.
